I have been a patient of Shrubbery Dental Practice for more than 30 years and the team are always friendly and professional.I recently experienced sharp shooting pains in my left jaw and cheek which Dr Lucy diagnosed and referred me to a maxillofacial surgeon for treatment.The condition is not common and is extremely painful. Dr Lucy’s prompt diagnosis and advice reassured me and resulted in early treatment.Dr Lucy and the team provided an excellent professional service.

Wow, what a lovely experience today at Shubbery Dental Practice as a new patient. Really warm, helpful staff on reception and a great first checkup with Lucy and Holly. Loved the bright, light, newly decorated surgery and there's ample parking onsite. I've signed my husband and 5 year old son up too. Highly recommended, thanks all!

I have been a patient at the practice for just over a year. I see Jamie regularly for my hygienist appointments & I started off as an intensely nervous patient.Jamie is kind, patient and always makes me feel at ease when attending and he has taught me a lot about looking after my teeth & overall dental care. (Shoutout too for Jess who I met for the first time this week who was fab too!).All the staff are lovely and friendly here - I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you all 😌

As a new patient to this practice I've been very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff. I arrived at the practice with an urgent problem for which I was referred to a specialist by my dentist Lucy. She explained my options and acted quickly to refer me once I'd made my decision. In addition she has undertaken bridge work to replace missing teeth and transformed my smile. Thank you Lucy.

I have been a patient at Shrubbery Dental Practice for very many years. My current dentist is Dr Ish, he always puts me at ease with his welcoming smile. All of the dental nurses are very caring and understanding too. I recently had new acrylic dentures made which are very comfortable and appointments for small adjustments are usually available without delay. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

I am a very anxious patient and having left it several years since my last dentist appt I was expecting the worst, but honestly I was so reassured by all the staff. From the welcoming receptionists to the dentist and trainee dental nurse. I saw Jack the dentist and he took the time to really thoroughly check my teeth and mouth health, took x-rays and pictures and explained everything really patiently and kindly as he knew I was nervous. Both he and the trainee dental nurse (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name!) were chatting to me and joking with me to take my mind off being anxious and it was lovely. So different to any dentist appt I've had previously elsewhere. I would thoroughly recommend, especially if you're a nervous patient like me!

Start to finish - fantastic.From our initial enquiry as a family to our first assessment the service and communication was second to none.I also, wrongly, assumed private dental to be prohibitively expensive but I was very much mistaken.You can tell it is a great place as, without exception, the team walk around smiling.Our daughter, 3, is SEN so needed a little extra consideration - Dr Uppal was phenomenal with her (and absolute star with kids). It then transpires they do not charge for her check-ups till she is 4. Blown away.My son, 5, was super nervous as his first trip. They settled him and he was good as gold.Parking is a doddle and the facilities are brilliant.I wholly recommend these guys. A slick operation.

I'm new to Worcester and recently had my initial appointments at the practice with Lucy And Abbey. Lucy gave some great advice and Abbey was so reassuring. I have sensitive teeth and had a bad experience at a hygienist some years ago. Abbey was so gentle, I almost feel asleep! Would highly recommend this practice.

I have recently joined the practice with my two children and I have to say, one of the best services I have been to! Lucy is professional and extremely talented in her field. I highly recommend her to future clients who may be nervous to go to the dentist.She explains everything in detail and helps understand the treatment you are going to receive.Also, she is very good with children I have a very anxious 8 year old, and she kept her calm through the whole examination.

I have just had my first appointment with Dr Ish, having retied and moved away from a dentist who treated me for over 30 years, Dr Ish identified two deficiencies with my teeth , a gap and exposed gum. I would like to say a massive thankyou to DR Ish, Abbey, Steph and all at Shrubbery Dental Practice. You have literally changed my life! It’s been 20 years plus since I’ve seen a dentist as I have had a particularly horrible phobia since I was a young adult. So much so it stopped me from going to see a dentist. It’s something I didn’t want my kids to follow on with so built up the courage to make a call to Katie who has guided me and hand held me through every step of the way! The team made sure I was not kept waiting on arrival, ensured I had the same team every time I visited and that I was in the same room so I could have continuity . My first visit was the biggest challenge for me as that was the first time I had stepped in a dental practice in 23 years, Claire’s big smile on reception was very much appreciated as i opened the door and Katie was there to greet me, every one made sure everything was explained before each step and ensured me this is how every visit would go! Steph held my hand through most visits and continually checked in on me, she even made sure she was the nurse on duty for when I saw Abbey too! For reference I’m 6 ft and of big build and even I needed a hand held! It brings me close to tears just writing this as they will never understand what they have done for me! My treatment is complete thanks to Abbey and Ish and I’m set for 6 months! I can’t believe I’m going to say this, I’m already looking forward to seeing them all, can’t wait to hear about Claire’s holiday! They all feel like new friends. If you are like me and have not been in years DR Ish is your man!! Thanks again Team Shrubbery you really are kind individuals!

I recently had my teeth sorted by Abbey. She is the perfect professional; caring, thorough and gentle. It has been a long time since my gnashers have been done, and could have easily been a sensitive and traumatic experience. But it was comfortable, relaxing and completed efficiently.

Recently had an extraction, and a number of small fillings carried out. All treatment was discussed beforehand, and explained as we went along. Everything, from booking appointments to paying the bill, via examinations, hygienist and the actual dental work was carried out in a friendly, and professional manner. The staff all aim to put you at ease - I would recommend Shrubbery Dental Practice to anyone.

Brilliant through and through.I have been with the Shrubbery since Feb/March 2020 and my care has always been exemplary.I am under a monthly plan whereby I have 2 x dental checks and 2 x hygiene visits per year included.My dental checks have been with Mahul and Dr Rish - they have always been very helpful and informative when I've seen them.I have always had my hygiene visits with Jamie & Holly - they are the best team. I am immediately put at ease and there's always laughter during the appointments.Jamie has really helped with the care of my teeth - he always explains everything he is going to do and gives a recap at the end. I never leave without advice / suggestions to help with any issues I need help with.I would highly recommend the practice- every member of staff is welcoming, warm and friendly; nothing is ever too much of an ask.I would also recommend the monthly plans - investing in myself and my teeth was the best thing I ever did.Thank you 😊

Exceptional level of service! The most relaxing, caring and professional experience I've ever had a dental practice. I've been used to the same one since I was young and now moved to Shrubbery, I'd never look back! All the staff; from the welcoming reception team, fantastic hygiene team - Abbey and Steph and of course, Dr Jessica and Hayley have changed my outlook on going to the dentist - I look forward to my next visit!

After doing some research on local dentists in my area I decided to book an appointment at Shrubbery.As a nervous patient I read all the reviews and decided to be brave and get myself booked in, well I was most definitely not disappointed.I was greeted by two lovely receptionists - Claire and Kate who both instantly put me at ease.Dentist was just so calming and the nurse was so kind.My nerves went straight away and dare I say it, I actually really enjoyed my appointment.I cannot recommend them enough, so if you're looking for a dentist ...look no further 😊

My first time at the practice today and really happy with the experience from start to finish. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and made you feel welcome.I Usually suffer with nerves and anxiety about the dentist but after visiting the practice today I can safely say my fear is a thing of the past. I joined Shrubbery Dental Practice after having been with my previous dentist for over 25 years. I had become very self-conscious of how my teeth looked (although my nearest and dearest couldn't seem to see the issue) and it was affecting how I smiled on photos, and my overall confidence.Skip forward 12 weeks and what a difference. Dr Ish, Hayley and the Shrubbery team have been nothing short of amazing. They listened, but most importantly understood my concerns and gave me a brand new smile using all the latest tech.Thank you........I only wish I had made the decision to move to the practice sooner!

After years of feeling self conscious and not wanting to smile especially for photographs due to overcrowding with my teeth Anam has completely transformed my smile. Really good consultation and plan to whiten and straighten my teeth with upper composite veneers.The results was amazing and have completely changed the way I feel about my smile . What a superb dental practice. I only joined a month ago but the reception staff were immediately very welcoming and helpful. When I saw Dr Kitson for a replacement filling he was very friendly and professional and put me at ease throughout the procedure. I cannot praise them enough!

A fantastic dental surgery where all the staff are so incredibly kind and patient. I took my elderly parents there when they moved to Worcester to live. Nothing was too much trouble, using the downstairs surgery so they wouldn't have to use the stairs. I cannot rate them highly enough, they make what could be a stressful experience a pleasure. The atmosphere is so relaxed and friendly, a very professional environment. Thank you to all the staff.

Hi, I recently had an emergency appointment with Jack Kitson, my first meeting with him, as soon as I walked into the treatment room he made feel at ease , he explained what my options were, we both knew it was going to an extraction 🙈. He proceeded to explain the procedure in a calm and professional manner, he even let me choose what music was to be played whilst he did the deed , both he and Lucy who was so lovely, keeping me calm and reassuring me throughout my procedure, can’t praise them enough, Highly recommended 👍Thank you both .Roslyn Hemming.

Broke my front crown and received excellent treatment from Ishmir!! Fashioned a couple of temporary crowns and used state of the art technology to produce new crown! Explained everything step by step and checked throughout on my well being and comfort. Everything went to plan and on time. Brilliant service and fully recommend! Most importantly the end product is great and fully satisfied! (Also had a couple of fillings which again top notch service)

Thank you to shrubbery dental practise. Ishmir Singh Uppal really helped me conquer my fear of dentists. I have had my check up, I have been to the lovely hygienist, and had two fillings. It may not sound like a big deal, but to me it was. Ish talked me through what he was going to do, helped me understand, just how my mouth and I would feel, as the injection began to work. Explained how things would feel after the treatment. Slowly reassuring me, but making me feel calm, normal and not stupid for being such a baby about it all.Having confidence in the person who cares about looking after you as a patient is all you can ask for.It takes a certain person to be able to do this. So thank you Ish , thank you to the nurses , thank you to most important reception team and to Katie, for helping me open the door.

I have been a patient at Shrubbery Dental Practice for over 20 years and have always enjoyed their excellent care and treatment. In March I had a crown replaced by Dr Anam and Dental Nurse Lucy - they were both excellent! Not only was the procedure painless and perfect, but the way they work together made for excellent dental care and (dare I say) an enjoyable experience!This week I saw Hygienist Jamie and Holly and again enjoyed excellent care. They are particularly gentle in the mouth and again their interaction with each other is calming and enjoyable.I would not hesitate to recommend all of them, or this practice and as always the reception staff Claire & Kate move mountains to get my appointments together.Always excellent! 👍

I had a filling last week, very apprehensive but Anam and the lovely dental nurse were so kind and caring, totally felt they were on my side and talked me through everything. I needed a new crown on one of my front teeth which my dentist was reluctant to do, so aprehensively I looked for a new dentist. I went with the great google reviews and chose Shrubbery. My dentist Ish was very confident and reassuring and I was looked after really well by all the staff. 3 weeks later I have a new crown which I am very pleased with and I am so pleased I chose to go here. I would recommend anybody to go to Shrubbery Dental Practice.

I went to Shrubbery based on their reviews, as I wanted to find a friendly and understanding surgery because like a lot of reviewers have said, It can be quite nerve-wracking if it's been some time since your last visit to a dentist.I finally did book an appointment and on both visits Shrubbery's people have been friendly and made me feel welcome as a patient, and just having a dentist after so long gives great peace of mind.

I am a 6ft and 16 stone bag of nerves at the dentist and I've always needed a great relationship with my dentists to even get me through the door ! Today I went to Shrubbery Dental Practise and as soon as I walked in I felt relaxed. I saw Jamie the hygienist today and he explained everything perfectly!I felt good today after my visit and am almost looking forward to next time! I would have no hesitation in recommending Shrubbery to any nervous patients.

5 stars is not enough!! I honestly cannot praise all the staff at shrubbery dental practice enough! The best team ever! They are the best neighbours to live next door too and also the most talented dentists! Claire on reception is the most friendliest lady so welcoming and always makes me feel relaxed! Dr Mehul made me feel at ease when having my extraction done and Hayley made me feel so calm as she was aware how much I didn’t want it done! I do not like going to the dentist but I love going to see everyone at the surgery! Keep up the amazing work everyone… look forward to seeing you all on my next appointment! I started my Invisalign journey back in May with Mehul and Hayley, who I highly recommend! Reception staff were also really welcoming and friendly. It has been a great experience and they were fantastic and helpful from start to finish. I am over the moon with the final result, and can't thank them enough.

I have used this practice for almost 20 years and everything about the service is exceptional. I recently had a crown fitted by Anam. Once again the level of care and expertise I received was outstanding and the end result is perfect . I would recommend Anam and this team to everyone .

I cannot recommend Dr Ish and his assistant highly enough. They were patient and calm and carried out my treatment in a gentle and caring way even though I am not the easiest of patients! They also cared about how I was feeling and checked I was ok throughout the process. I am so grateful to them both for their kindness and excellent work.

Over the past six months I have been with Mehul and Hayley doing Invisalign. It has been a great experience and I would highly recommend. Mehul and Hayley are true professionals and the final look is even better than what i could have ever imagined! I also had composite bonding on the front four teeth to close a small gap which again was done to a high standard. They were fantastic at guiding me through the whole process and really looked after me. Both of them are a real credit to the Shrubbery team!

I can't fault Shrubbery Dental Practice. Throughout my life I've had a fear of the dentist but the Shrubbery team completely changed that with their warm caring attitude and experience. They are always at the end of the phone to offer advice and provide top quality care. Hayley & Mehul make a great dream team and I couldn't be happier with the work they have done for me (both general dental procedures and Invisalign). All the team as a whole make you feel right and home and really welcomed every time. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Do not recommendHad wrong diagnostic with 3 teeth to be removed and " recommended " implantsChecked with other clinic and " only " 2 teeth were needed to be removed means - no need for implants.....Conclusion you can make by yourself

Always a fantastic experience at this Dental Practice; the staff are friendly, helpful and professional and the service received is perfect.In addition to being a full member, I have also completed an Invisalign treatment with the practice. The results of the Invisalign are fantastic, and the support and treatment from Tom along the way has been unbeatable. Being able to schedule appointments whenever necessary, email questions along the way and have informal discussions with Tom has helped me feel at complete ease with the process.I absolutely recommend signing up to the practice and will be using them as long as i'm in the County!

I am usually an incredibly nervous patient when it comes to the dentist, so I had avoided it for the last few years. I recently moved back to Worcester and knew I needed to see a dentist. I've been seeing Kate Pugh for a few years now. I had a dental phobia since childhood but now I feel so comfortable coming in for treatment. Kate is so kind and professional and inspires confidence. All staff are so friendly and make you at ease. And it's a great treat having hygienist appointment with Carol. The appointments are always seamlessly back-to-back and I'm seen on time. I really appreciate the courtesy call 2 days before my appointment too, just in case you forget over 6 months.Thanks ladies.
